The learned counsel would also submit that the appellant is willing to avail the scheme for one time settlement in order to give quietus to the issue. 3. The said memo is taken on record. The appellant is permitted to withdraw this appeal in order to avail the benefit of Amnesty Scheme as mentioned supra. 4.
