NARASINGH Order No. ORDER 21.08.2025 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.77 of 2023 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Nuapada, arising out of Dharamabandha P.S. Case No.11 of 2023 for commission of offence punishable under Sections 147/ 148/ 341/294/ 323/ 307/ 332/ 353/ 120-B/ 506/ 149 of IPC. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the Petitioner is stated to be a part of a mob which was agitated on account of watering of their fields and it is further stated that exaggerated allegations have been made. The co-accused persons have been released on bail by this Court through a series of orders. Hence, inter alia, on the ground of parity the Petitioner may be protected by pre-arrest bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 5. Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper. 6. It is needless to state that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation. 7. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. 8. U.C.C. as per rules. (V. NARASINGH) Judge Soumya
