Writ Petition No.41056 of 2025 ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 02.12.2024 wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. 2. Heard Mr.G.Selvaraj, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.V.Vasanthakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader (P), appearing for respondents. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents submitted that no application is pending with the respondents and that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation along with all relevant documents, the same will be considered by the third respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent along with relevant documents.
