Mr. Rajan Kahol and Mr. B.C. Verma, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents. Pursuant to order dated 14.7.2025, Mr. Ashish Kohli, Director of School Education, has come present. He states that on account of heavy rush of work, needful could not be done within the stipulated time, but now, in terms of judgment sought to be complied with, representation of the petitioner has been decided and rejected. He further states that on account of restructuring of Directorate, there is shortage of staff and as such, some delay has occurred in passing of consideration order, but in future, all out efforts would be made to ensure that court orders are complied with in its letter and spirit. In view of the afore explanation rendered on record, there appears to be no reason to pursue the matter with regard to non-compliance. Having carefully perused order dated 18.7.2025, passed in purported compliance vis-à-vis mandate contained in the judgment sought to be complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, same are closed, however liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law, laying therein challenge to order passed in purported compliance of the judgment sought to be complied with.
