Instant contempt application has been filed for alleged wilful disobedience of the order dated 19.9.2022 passed by this Court in Writ C No. 4202 of 2022 and order dated 16.11.2022 passed by this Court in Contempt Application (Civil) No. 6792 of 2022. 2. Perusal of the record evinces that the present applicants have neither filed the writ petition nor the contempt application as mentioned above. Representation moved by him (page 64 of the paper book) evinces that applicants have requested the authorities concerned to provide a copy of the objection filed by the occupants including the petitioners, in Writ Petition No. 4202 of 2022, against the inspection report. He has also requested to provide a copy of the order/action taken by the authority regarding the demolition of the dilapidated and dangerous structure of the building No. 261/316 and 261A/317, Colonelganj, Prayagraj. 3. In my considered opinion, present applicants have no cause of action to maintain the instant contempt application. 4. As such, instant contempt application is dismissed as not maintainable.
