Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to concerned respondent for correcting his date of birth in High School Certificate issued in the year 2007. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present in Court to press this petition. Otherwise also, in the writ petition no provision has been mentioned under which direction for said proposed correction can be issued and that too, after lapse of more than 18 years. 3. Therefore, relief sought in this petition cannot be granted. However, the petitioner still has liberty to take recourse to any other remedy under law. 4.
