Sri Ravi Prakash Kushwaha (AoR No.A/R0621/2016) holding brief of Sri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which (i) a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of certiorari quashing the Advertisement No. A-9/E-1/2024 dated 17.12.2024 issued by UP Subordinate Service Selection Commission, Lucknow in so far as it pertains to the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) and Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) for UP Jal Nigam (Rural), Lucknow (Annexure 1); (ii) a writ, order or direction of a suitable nature restraining the respondent from taking any action on the basis of the impugned advertisement in so far as it pertains to the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) and Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) for UP Jal Nigam (Rural), Lucknow, on account of technical inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
