According to the petitioner, he filed a divorce petition against the respondent in IDOP No.5187 of 2023 and the same was taken on file on 24.11.2024. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed along with the typed set of papers would indicate that pleadings of the parties were already completed and the OP was posted for recording evidence as early as on 18.12.2024. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed.
