JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 19-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaya Cyber P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 111, 61(2) of the BNS Act and under Section 66©, 66(D) of the I.T. Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons were running a call center and were committing cyber fraud. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 1.12.2024. 5. Though, it has been submitted by the learned Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9423 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent but persons who are involved in cyber fraud, know the consequence of their acts. 6.
