Learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 has placed on record copy of office order dated 20.07.2025, whereby the pay of the petitioner has been re-fixed and submits that judgment in question stands complied with. 2. Learned counsel for respondentsNo.2 to 4 submits that financial benefits/arrears in terms of the aforesaid order shall be released to the petitioner within one week from today. 4. In view of documents placed on record and submission made by learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4, this execution petition is disposed of with hope and trust that financial benefits in terms of the aforesaid order shall be paid to the petitioner within one week, i.e. by 30.07.2025, as submitted by learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
