It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a bus operator who has applied for issuance of permit. His RAVI SHANKAR MANDAVI Digitally signed by RAVI SHANKAR MANDAVI Date: 2025.04.23 12:41:39 +0530 2 application was rejected by the Office of State Transport Authority (STA) by the order dated 30.10.2019 (Annexure-P/1) then the petitioner preferred an appeal before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal (STAT), Raipur. The appeal has been decided by the order dated 17.05.2022, by which the appeal has been allowed and respondent No.2 has been directed to issue requisite permit to the petitioner within a time limit of 30 days. It is further submitted that respondent No.2 has not complied with the order passed by the learned STAT, therefore, appropriate writ may be issued. 3. Learned State counsel representing for respondents No.1 & 2 opposes the submissions. 4. Heard counsel for both the parties and perused the documents present on record. 5. Considered on the submissions. This petition is disposed off at motion stage. Respondent No.2 is directed to comply with the order dated 17.05.2022 (Annexure-P/2) passed by the STAT in letter and spirit, preferably, within a period of 15 days from the date this order is communicated. 6.
