Taking into account that the order passed by this Court dated 16.08.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 6733/2022 has not yet been complied with and there were specific directions issued to the Respondent Authorities to make the payment within a period of 6 (six) months, it is the opinion of this Court that the opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 are required to be impleaded in the accompanying contempt application. 3. Accordingly, the instant Interlocutory Application stands allowed. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7 (seven) days from today and on the basis of the instant order as well as the fresh memo of parties, the Registry shall make necessary correction in the cause title as well as update the same in the CIS.
