Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bankmore (Bhuli) P.S. Case No. 195 of 2021 for the offences registered under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law of the Deceased Kajal Devi who died because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that charge sheet has been submitted under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. It was further submitted that there was no mark of violence on the person of the deceased. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Bankmore (Bhuli) P.S.
