Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chakradharpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chakradharpur at Chaibasa. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady aged about 38 years. Later on, he refused to marry her. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chakradharpur at Chaibasa, in connection with Chakradharpur P.S.
