By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to provide the documents as prayed in the representation submitted by the petitioner before respondent No.2 as the same is necessary for the petitioner to file reply to the show cause notice dated 27/08/2024 (Annexure P/1). 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted his request letter to the respondent No.2 but till date neither the documents sought by the petitioner have been supplied to him nor the representation has been decided by the authorities. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents/ State submits that if the representation of the petitioner is still pending before the respondent No.2, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and if the documents are available with the Department, the same shall be supplied to the petitioner within the stipulated time. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. In view of the submission made by the counsel for the State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the pending representation dated 24/11/2024 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and if the documents are available with the Department, the same shall be supplied to the petitioner, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
