By the present Writ Petition, the petitioner is questioning the list of ineligible candidates (Annexure-P/4) by which the petitioner has been declared ineligible for recruitment to the post of Light Vehicle Driver. 2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the State, on instructions, would submit that Annexure-P/4 was the provisional list and objections were invited to the said list. As the petitioner has submitted requisite documents before the Authority, he has been declared eligible for the recruitment to the post of Light Vehicle Driver. 3. In view of the above submission made by the counsel for the State, nothing remains in this petition for adjudication. 4. Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of.
