They have filed the compromise petition before this Court by settling the disputes in terms of the 2. 3. following terms;- The petitioners have no objection to get the job of the Gottipati Adam, to the respondent who is the son of the Gottipati Adam his first wife. The 6*'^ respondent and his family members have no objection to get the pension of Gottipati Adam to his second wife Gottipati Ruthamma i.e., petitioner herein. Pending pension amount of Gottipati Adam from 15-09-2006 to 30-07-2024, his first wife’s children Gottipati Nagaraju (6*'' respondent), Gottipati Daniyelu and second wife’s sons Gottipati Rakesh and Gottipati Subba Rao (Petitioners Nos.2 and 3) have to share equally. The petitioner is entitled to the pension amount of Gottipati Adam from 01-08-2024 and remaining family members have no objection to receive the same by the 1®^ petitioner. The 6^^ respondent has given no objection to give all his benefits to his brother Gottipati Daniel. Both parties has to follow the aforesaid conditions to dispose the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.04/2023 on the file of Senior Civil Judge’s Court, Addanki. i) ii) iii) iv) V) Vi) Both parties are given their voluntary concern before this Court that they are going to follow the above terms and conditions.
