Heard Sri Sankalp Narain, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Jitendra Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioners are Ex-Officer bearers of Aligarh Bar Association, Aligarh and they have lost in the recent elections and new Committee has expelled them by a resolution of General Body dated 27.6.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have filed a purported objection to the aforesaid resolution of General Body under Section 4 (b) of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 on 20.9.2025 and the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. I have perused the said objection. However, I don't find that it is in a proper format, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case a fresh representation in a proper format is filed and since it has to be filed by an Advocate and is received in the office of concerned respondent, same shall be decided in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of 3 weeks thereafter after affording opportunity to all relevant parties.
