Present petition is wholly defective inasmuch as the array of parties discloses that it has been filed by Ms. Roohi Rizvi. In the facts, it has been disclosed that the said petitioner is dead from before. The affidavit filed by the husband of the said Roohi Rizvi is also defective. 3. Accordingly, as prayed, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
