Dutta, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of this application has sought for necessary correction in the order dated 01.09.2025. Also heard Shri K.A. Sodial, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Shri S.K. Talukdar, learned Standing Counsel, Cooperation Department. Shri Dutta, the learned counsel has pointed out that in the last sentence of the order dated 01.09.2025, the word ‘not’ has been left out. After considering the submissions and perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the word ‘not’ has been left out in the last sentence. For the sake of clarity, the last sentence should be read as hereunder: “Pendency of this writ petition shall not be a bar for consideration and disposal of the representation of the petitioner by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies.” Page No.# 3/3 Let a copy of this order be read as a part of the order dated 01.09.2025.
