Sri Sachin Sharma, learned counsel for applicant and Shri Imran Khan, learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 2. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the Case No. 522 of 2020 (Priti Sharma Vs. Anuj Kumar Sharma and others), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., pending before court of learned Principal Judge Family Court, Bijnor from learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Meerut having competent jurisdiction. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, however, applicant is the husband of the opposite party no.2 and he filed the instant transfer application with the prayer to transfer the trial of the case from District Bijnor to District Meerut but now applicant is ready to appear through video conferencing and, therefore, instant transfer application may be disposed of with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then his application shall be entertained and he will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing. 4. Learned A.G.A. is having no objection. 5. In view of the contention raised by learned counsel for the applicant, instant transfer application stands disposed of with the direction that that if applicant filed an application to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing then his application shall be considered and he will be Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Sachin Sharma, Shivank Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
