The matter comes upon for consideration of the Interlocutory Application (Civil) No.3386/2024 filed by the applicant/appellant Union of India with a prayer to condone the

The application is not seriously opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent. However, he submits that looking to the controversy involved in the connected writ appeal, the appeal may be heard finally.
Learned counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant Union of India has no objection if the appeal is heard finally.
In such circumstances, the Interlocutory Application is allowed. The delay of 155 days in filing the connected writ appeal is condoned.
