1. The limited prayer made by the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the respondent No.3-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Bilha, to conclude the proceeding in Revenue Case No.202502070100004/2024-25 within a stipulated period which is pending before it since 15.01.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 17.02.2025 the petitioner moved an application under Section 164 of BNSS, 2023 before the respondent No.3. On the application being made by the petitioner, the respondent No.3 issued notices to the respondents, but for or other reasons the case was adjourned and no final order have been passed till date. Therefore, she prays for an early disposal of the application filed by her before the respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the State would submit that they have no objection if a direction is issued to the respondent No.3 for early disposal of the application moved by the petitioner as the same appears to be a dispute between the private parties.

Accordingly, on the basis of submissions made by the counsel for the parties, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to expedite the proceeding in Revenue Case No.202502070100004/2024-25 and to conclude the same in accordance with rules as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order, after providing proper opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
