The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police have not conducted a proper investigation on the complaint filed by the petitioner, it is submitted that the petitioner sustained grievous injuries and also filed photographs to show that attempts were made to kill the petitioner. In spite of receiving grievous injuries, the police have filed a char^ sheet for the alleged 2. 2 offences under Section 324 r/w 34 of I PC. It is also submitted that the police ought to have charged the accused for Sections 307, 378, and 442 of IPC. committing the offences under 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that petitioner can file a protest petition before the trial Court and bring to its notice the details of the injuries and other relevant facts, which will be dealt with by the trial Court. the 4.
