Heard Shri Dinesh Prasad, leraned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter which have been placed before the Court and are taken on record. 3. Petitioner before this Court has complaint against the illegal encroachment of the Police Department over and above his bhoomidhari land falling in plot no.1002 kha situate in village Shilpee, Pargana Agori, Tehsil Ghorwal, District Sonbhadra. 4. In the instructions that have been placed before the Court, it has come to be stated that as on date, there is no construction activity of the police station going on at the spot and the land has yet not been acquired. The record of rights of the land in question that has been produced before the Court clearly demonstrates that petitioner is recorded as a bhoomidhar of the land in question. 5. In the circumstances, we dispose of this petition with the direction to the Authorities concerned not to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question falling in plot no.1002 kha except in accordance with law.
