Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge In this writ petition, instituted on 03.07.2025, the petitioner, who is left with about 1½ months before his superannuation as per the date of birth currently recorded in his service records, seeks correction thereof. 2. The writ petition does not enclose any representation ever preferred by the petitioner to the employer seeking correction of his date of birth. Considering that the petitioner is seeking correction in the date of birth, it is for him to move representation to Competent Authority/employer for redressal of his grievances and for Competent Authority to decide the same. The present writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the above observations. All pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of.
