The petitioner has claimed that he is regularly working for last 22 years as a class III employee in respondent college, however, he has not been regularized despite a representation was filed on 22.11.2024. Ms. Tanu Rupanwal, learned Standing Counsel for State submits that though petitioner has approached the concerned respondent at belated stage, still, if claim of petitioner has any legal basis, the same will be considered. In the aforesaid circumstances, considering the above submission and in the interest of justice, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that if claim of petitioner has any legal basis, the same will be considered by concerned respondent in accordance with law and in the event of any legal impediment, the same will be communicate to petitioner.
