Arbitrary, Violation of Principal of Natural Justice and also Violation of Fundamental Rights under the Constitution of India and consequently direct to 4TH and 5TH respondents conducted proper investigation my father murder case vide FIR No. 356/2024 dated 04-12-2024 of the Mummidivaram Police Station pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Pleased to directing the all Respondents including the 4TH AND 5TH respondents in not interfere with Petitioners personal life and liberty by calling to the Police Station for harassing by insisting the Petitioners to hand over the Gold Ornaments, fixed deposits to the 6TH respondent by settled Murder case with 6TH and 7TH respondents pending the above Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):
