The instant transfer application is pending since May, 2024 i.e. for last more than a year and today none is present to press the instant transfer application. 4. In view of above, the instant transfer application stands dismissed for non prosecution. 5. However, it is open for the applicants to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and if applicants filed any application to appear through Video Conferencing then concerned authorities shall permit them to appear through Video Conferencing.
