Heard Mr. Arvind Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner at great length in support of the petition and Mr. K.K. Nishad, learned State Law Officer on behalf of the State. The allegations in the impugned FIR are only limited to taking away the prosecutrix by blandishment. In the statement of the prosecutrix, recorded under Section 183 BNSS, a clean case of ravishing her has been attributed to three of the accused, including the petitioner. In this view of the matter, this is not a case, where we can interfere with impugned FIR and quash it. The writ petition is dismissed.
