The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 808/2024 arising out of Tatisilway P.S. Case No. 50/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 307, 387/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-XI, Ranchi. 3. On 13.06.2023 at about 5:30 P.M., two unknown persons on a motorcycle came to the shop of the informant and demanded rangdari. To enforce demand of rangdari, they also resorted to firing. 4. It was submitted that this petitioner was apprehended on suspicion and he confessed his guilt. It was further submitted that the petitioner has not yet been put on T.I. parade. It was also submitted that co-accused persons namely Raju Kumar Gupta and Abhishek Ranjan have been granted bail by this Court. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XI, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
