Medical College & Hospital, District Chamba. Her grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid station, citing adverse family circumstances, she preferred representations on 28.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) & 23.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) to the Competent Authority seeking her transfer from the aforesaid station, however, the aforesaid representations have not been decided till date. -2- 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations (Annexures P-2 & P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of four weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
