It is submitted that the said complaint is filed after receipt of notice in F.C.O.P.No.283 of 2024 on the file of VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kukatpally, which was filed by the petitioner seeking resolution of marriage. 2. nd 3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners have been granted bail before arrest and that notices under Section 35(3) of BNSS was also been issued to the petitioners. Considering the submissions, it is left open for the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation, in accordance with law. 5.
