Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.329 of 2025, under Section 64(2), 115(2), 351(3) BNS, P.S. Para, District Lucknow. 3. The FIR in question was lodged by the informant alleging that forceful relations were formed. Subsequently, a statement was given by the informant before the police authorities that she had made a wrong allegation against the applicant. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the statement of the informant and the fact that even otherwise, the allegations are not supported by any corroborative material and there is a substantial delay in lodging the FIR, as such, the applicant who is in custody since 02.05.2025 and has no criminal antecedent, is entitled to be enlarged on bail. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Mohd. Gufran be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Raj Bahadur Singh Rawat, Nishant, Suman Kanoujia Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
