Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to implead the Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Saharanpur as respondent no.4 in the array of parties. Necessary incorporation be carried out during the course of the day. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 3. The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent-authority is not issuing the Caste Certificate as well as Niwas Praman Patra. In respect to their grievance, petitioners have submitted several representations to the respondent-authority, but respondent- authority is not paying any heed to the request of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no.4 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioners to file a fresh representation alongwith certified copy of this order raising all their grievances before the respondent no.4-Tehsildar, Tehsil Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ashish Kumar Gupta, Samar Bahadur Harijan Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Anurag Singh And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) Sadar, District Saharanpur within a period of one month from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioners, the respondent no.4 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of one month thereafter from the date he receives representation of the petitioners.
