Petitioner is working as Superintendent with respondent No.2 and stated to be eligible for promotion to the post of Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) in terms of G.O.Ms.No.5 dated 01.02.2001. Petitioner seems to have submitted representations dated 12.03.2025 and 20.03.2025 for consideration of her case for promotion which is stated to be pending. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits it would suffice to direct respondent Nos.1 & 2 to dispose of the petitioner’s representations. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits 4. that as petitioner’s representations are pending and the same will be considered in accordance with law. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, with the consent of both the counsel, the writ petition is disposed at the admission stage directing respondent Nos.1 & 2 to pass appropriate orders on petitioner’s representations dated 12.03.2025 and 20.03.2025 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
