Heard Shri Raghvendra Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1 to 6 and Shri Azad Rai, learned counsel for the respondent no.7 Gaon Sabha. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2025, whereby complaint has been made against the Gram Pradhan of village Saraidaud, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj. 3. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that on the complaint made by the petitioner the Chief Veterinary Officer was appointed as Inquiry Officer and after inquiry he has submitted his report before respondent no.3 but no further action has been taken on it till date. 4. In the facts and circumstance aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent nos.2 and 3 to get the inquiry completed and take final decision in the matter, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
