Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the respondent State. 2. Under challenge is the notice dated 17.10.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, issued by the Sub-District Magistrate, Maharajganj, Raebareli in Case No.228 of 2025, under Section 129(G), 130 B.N.S.S., Police Station Bachhrawan, Raebareli. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner intends to submit reply to the impugned notice dated 17.10.2025 and prays that his reply may be considered by the competent authority, in accordance with law under relevant rules, within a time specified by this Court. To the aforesaid prayer, learned A.G.A. has no objection. 4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to submit his reply to the impugned notice dated 17.10.2025. In case such a reply is submitted within ten days from the date of issuance of a certified copy of this order, the same shall be decided by the competent authority by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, which could be decided within a period of four weeks thereafter.
