Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for a while has submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 22.04.2025 with the Chief Managing Director, AVVNL, Ajmer, Rajasthan with a request for revoking the tender cancellation in pursuance to Haripura Solar Plant Project. 2. Learned counsel has prayed that the said representation be decided in the light of Pawan Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No.1665/2024) and Circular issued by the Chief [2025:RJ-JP:32986] (2 of 2) [CW-7589/2025] Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No.i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq-&1@2012). 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs Respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 22.04.2025 of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of 30 days, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously as per the ratio encapsulated in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024) and Circular issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq-&1@2012). 4.
