The present revision U/s 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the revisionist Kishan with the prayers to release on bail the revisionist against the judgment and order dated 22.02.2021 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge (E.C. Act), Aligarh in Criminal Appeal No. 293 of 2014 and judgment and order dated 14.10.2014 Criminal Case No. 633/1996 (State Vs. Kishan), under Section 7/16 the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, P.S. Jawan, District Aligarh whereby the revisionist has convicted and sentenced under Section 16(1)a(1) the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act for six months along with fine of Rs. 10,000/- and in default of payment of fine, one month further imprisonment to undergone. 4. Learned counsel for the revisionist at the very outset submits that the revisionist has undergone the entire sentence awarded to him and has also deposited fine as imposed and as such the present revision be dismissed as not pressed. 5. Prayer is allowed. 6. The present revision is dismissed as not pressed. 7.
