Heard Shri Afzal Hasan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Pradeep Kumar Pandey, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State. 2. By means of the present petition filed in the public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made on Gata No.612 area 0.0730 hectare sitauted at Village- Lauki Bhopatpur Chowki, Pargana- Nanpra, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Bahraich which is registered as Khalihan in the revenue record. 4. On the basis of written instruction dated 01.12.2025 duly signed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Bahraich placed before this Court by the learned Standing Counsel, it has been informed that the land in question was inspected and it has been found that there is no encroachment over the same. 5. The photocopy of the aforesaid instruction is taken on record. 6. Keeping in view the aforesaid fact that the allegation of encroachment could not be established during the inspection of the said land, therefore, the petition stands dismissed. December 9, 2025 V.
