This is an application praying for impleadment of 4 (four) persons/officers as respondent Nos. 4, 5, 6 & 7 in the connected contempt petition, being Cont. Case(C) No. 656/2023.
Having considered that the present alleged contemnor No. 1 is retired from service and alleged contemnor No. 2 having been transferred as well as the persons, proposed to be impleaded in the connected Cont. Case(C) No. 656/2023, are stated to be the present incumbents, I deem it appropriate to
