Narender Dutt passed away on 06.05.2021. Petitioner applied for compassionate employment in the year 2023, however, till date respondents have not taken final call in petitioner’s compassionate employment 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - case. Inviting attention to Annexures P-4 and P-5, it was submitted that since long petitioner’s file is being sent from one Department to other without any concrete decision. 3. In view of pleadings, submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and the documents placed on record, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2/Competent Authority to decide the compassionate employment case of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today.
