2.
By way of filing this writ petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned orders passed by the Subordinate Revenue and Revenue Appellate Courts. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents apprised this Court that the subject land has been sold by the petitioners by way of registered sale deeds on 05.11.2012 and 13.12.2012 in favour of Durga Devi, Gheesa Lal, Bhuri Devi and Narayani Devi, hence, under these circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue with this petition and it has become infructuous. 4. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application as well as all applications (pending, if any) also stand dismissed.
