On perusal of the settlement agreement, the Court finds that the same has been voluntarily entered between the parties and has been duly signed by their authorized representatives. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the instant application stands allowed. Needless to state that the parties shall be bound by the terms of the aforementioned settlement agreement dated 21.12.2024. 5.
