Learned counsel for petitioner by referring the judgments passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Smt. Sharda Singh Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others, 2024:AHC:153621 and a judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in State of U.P. and 2 others Vs. Mahesh Chandra Sharma and another, Special Appeal Defective No.976 of 2023 annexed along with this writ petition submits that issue in regard to counting of his earlier services for purpose of pension is being crystalized, however, it benefits has not been granted. Learned Brief Holder for State submits that petitioner's claim will be considered in accordance with aforesaid judgment within short period and in case there is any legal impediment, the same will be communicate to petitioner. In view of above submission made by learned Brief Holder for State, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that claim of petitioner will be considered by concerned respondent in accordance with law within a short period and in case there is any legal impediment, the same will be communicated to him.
