Sri.Mahammad Asfak, learned counsel filed memo of appearance for respondent/accused. As per order dated 05.03.2025, Non-bailable warrant was issued to respondent/accused, with a direction that if he is arrested in execution of warrant, he shall be produced before the trial Court and the trial Court shall remand him to judicial custody till further orders of this Court. Both learned counsel for appellant and respondent submits that the Non-bailable warrant issued against respondent/accused is executed and he is remanded to - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:14970 CRL.A No. 527 of 2024 judicial custody. In the light of the same, the parties have entered into compromise and settled the matter.
