Petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following relief:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Opposite Parties to decide the representation dated 26.08.2025 and pay the 10% interest of due amount of arrear contained as Annexure No.1 in the interest of justice." 3.
