It is evident the record that not even a single evidence has been annexed with the application, which was collected by the Investigating Officer during the course of investigation. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants requests for withdrawal of the application with liberty to file fresh. 5. There is no objection by the other side. 6. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. 7.
