This is an application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for granting of regular bail to the petitioners namely, (i) Akhirul Islam, (ii) Ali Hussain, (iii) Ehat Hussain @ Ebad @ Ibat, who were arrested on 14.07.2025, in connection with Boko Police Station Case No. 245/2025 corresponding to GR No. 282(K)/2025 under Section 21(b)/29 of NDPS Act, arising out of FIR lodged by one SI Dipanjali Borah on 23.07.2025. 3. Allegations pertains to recovery of intermediate quantity of suspected heroin possession of the petitioners. 4. CD has received, FSL report is not available. 5. Considering the fact that the statutory period of detention is 60 days in respect of the alleged offence and petitioners were already spent 58 days in jail, accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed. 7. The accused abovenamed shall be released on bail of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Page No.# 3/3 Fifty Thousand) only with two local sureties of the like amount in connection with the aforesaid case to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Boko, Kamrup, Assam, with the following conditions:- (i) That the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person who may be acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such person from disclosing such facts of the case before the Investigating Officer.
